Innershine & Folic acid

penah try makan innershine x? i br seminggu makan this product and what i can conclude is... ITs YUMMILICIOUS!... i took both, innershine prune and also innershine berry.
ini pon masuk dalam senarai yang diwajibkan oleh MyZakwan. Antara sebab2 i amik innershine ini adalah:
- nak kawen (ahaha so nak kena nampak chantek!) silala muntah..
- nak melengkapkan segala nutrien yang x cukup dalam badan.
- malas nak makan banyak2 vitamin. so amik je sebotol malam n sebotol pagi. n x yah amik dah vit A, C & E
-nak serlahkan kecantikan dari dalaman ahahaha. siyes. muntahlah untuk kenyataan di atas. Eh! seblah kot?

so perubahan yang nampak dalam masa seminggu ni so far positive and i plan to continue using it until wedding day. Selain innershine ni, i pon dh start makan folic acid. Yes! Folic acid... ehehe usually, pregnant mommies yang start amik this pills. but nowaday, they advice ladies yang nak kawin start amik this pills to prepare your body especially your uterus/womb correct me if im wrong.

"Folic acid is an important nutrient for women who may become pregnant. Adequate folate intake during the periconceptional period, the time just before and just after a woman becomes pregnant, helps protect against a number of congenital malformations including neural tube defects.[9] Neural tube defects result in malformations of the spine (spina bifida), skull, and brain (anencephaly). The risk of neural tube defects is significantly reduced when supplemental folic acid is consumed in addition to a healthy diet prior to and during the first month following conception.[10][11] Women who could become pregnant are advised to eat foods fortified with folic acid or take supplements in addition to eating folate-rich foods to reduce the risk of some serious birth defects. The most notable birth defects that occur from folate deficiency are neural tube defects. Taking 400 micrograms of synthetic folic acid daily from fortified foods and/or supplements has been suggested. The Recommended Dietary Allowance (RDA) for folate equivalents for pregnant women is 600-800 micrograms, twice the normal RDA of 400 micrograms for women who are not pregnant.[12]

farah.... top up dengan calcium sekali kalau innershine tu takde calcium, either makan pil atau minum susu coz yang calcium pun penting gak :)
