Dear All ,

Here's the only real HANDBOOK you need to

bring along wherever you go. TRUST ME. IT

WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE, if you will allow it to.

HANDBOOK OF LIFE

1. Drink plenty of water.
2. Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner

like a beggar.

food that is manufactured.

smile.

Personality:

11. Don't compare your life to others'. You have no idea what

their journey is all about.
12. Don't have negative thoughts or things you cannot control.

Instead invest your energy in the positive present moment.

14. Don't take yourself so seriously. No one else does.

15. Don't waste your precious energy on gossip.
16. Dream more while you are awake.

18. Forget issues of the past. Don't remind your partner with
his/her
mistakes of the past. That will ruin your present happiness.
19. Life is too short to waste time hating anyone. Don't hate

others.
20. Make peace with your past so it won't spoil the present.
21. No one is in charge of your happiness except you.
22. Realize that life is a school and you are here to learn.
Problems
are simply part of the curriculum that appear and fade away like
algebra class but the lessons you learn will last a lifetime.
23. Smile and laugh more.

30. What other people think of you is none of your business.
31. Your job won't take care of you when you are sick. Your

family and friends will. Stay in touch.

32. Do the right thing!
33. Always speak the truth even if it leads to your death.
34. GOD heals everything.
35. However good or bad a situation is, it will change.

baby massage and games for ur lil one/ urutan bayi dan permainan mudah untuk si manja!

lamanyaaa x berblogging. sebabnya masa dah diabiskan utk mengadap si comel adam and si macho daddy. eheheh. Alhamdulillah, my lil boy dah reach 4 month 2 weeks ago. skang ni dia makin cheeky, and oooo my dia dh knal org! he recognise his mummy and daddy. weee! sembang2, senyum2, gelak besar, rolling over, tgk org makan dh mengunyah2. ciannn! rasanya berat adam now dah 9kg ++ ehehe. bam bam ye anak mummy! rahsia? xde rahsia sebenarnya, muhammad adam ni nak kata minum banyak sgt, x jugak, cuma maybe baka daddy kot tu yang sihat. eh, daddy pn xdela besar sangat! gagah ade la. eehehhe. cumanya rasanya baby, kena tdur cukup( which is adam smalam nak tdoq agak buat prangai. ), minum cukup ( minum susu ye and seeloknya susu ibu!), rasanya ada mak2 kat luar tu bg anak minum air masak/mineral/kocong, sebenarnya baby yang kurang dari 6 mths, x yah bagi air kosong, susu tu dh cukup utk dowang, sebabnya kang bg air kosong, perut dowang dah penuh so dowang xnak mnm susu. kesian dowang sbb air kosong x ckp nutrien utk dowang membesar kan? bila dowang dah start makan solid food br bg minum air kosong ok :) lagi 1, rasanya urutan pn membantu utk anak membesar sihat dan kuat, so after mandi and sebelom tdur, cuba wat urutan kat diorang. adam so far enjoy sangat masa urutan tu. siap gelak terkekeh2 lg. kalo nk tau macam mana nk wat urutan tu bleh refer kat sini.
Kalau nak anak kita sihat, kena la spend masa sket untuk diorang. monitor diorang punya development and luangkan masa untuk main ngn dowang. ada banyak sebenarnya simple game yang kita boleh main ngan dowang. kalo adam, dia suka main row2 your boat. eheheh. cara nak main dia senang ja, dowang dalan position duduk, since adam x leh duduk lg, i letakkan banyak bantal kat belakang dia untuk support dia duduk(x la straight sgt, nnti patah la pulak pinggang dia) lepas tu kite duduk depan dia, hold tangan dia n buat macam tgh kayuh sampai sambil nyanyi2 lagu row row your boat tu. eheheh. kalo main ni ngan adam, gelak besar dia :) cubalaa!

Can I Borrow RM 25?

Got this email from one of my friend. Sgt touching. huhuhu. ntah la lately mmg cepat sket mengalirkan air mata. apa2 pon terasa nak share cerita ni kat sini. baca k!

A woman came home from work late, tired and irritated, to find her 5-year old son waiting for her at the door.

SON: 'Mummy, may I ask you a question?'

MUM: 'Yeah sure, what it is?' replied the woman.

SON: 'Mummy, how much do you make an hour?'

MUM: 'That's none of your business. Why do you ask such a thing?' the woman said angrily.

SON: 'I just want to know. Please tell me, how much do you make an hour?'

MUM: 'If you must know, I make RM 50 an hour.'

SON: 'Oh,' the little boy replied, with his head down.

SON: 'Mummy, may I please borrow RM 25?'

cloth pads best ke?

skang ni tgh dok kemas2 beg hospital mummy lak. beg hospital jr. dah slamat ade lam bonet kete tecik mummy. So tgh2 dok prepare barang2 ni ade come across yang mummy kene prepare pad. yela darah nifas kan banyak masa tu. Pastu ade gak dgr2 org cakap kalo normal delivery, tendency yang doc akan potong skit tu ada. so bila pikir2 balik, kalo pakai pad yang biasa pakai tu mesti cm agak ngilu kan, especially bila tergesel ngn bucu2 dia yg plastik ngn dia punya wing tu. huhuh. I lak mmg jenis org yang x tahan sakit :p so banyak la pikir masalah tu. ahahha.

So sambil2 tu google la kot2 ade cloth pad. banyak jugak jumpa sales blog yang jual cloth pad ni. ni ade review pasal cloth pad yang i amik from this blog

About cloth pads ( for women that is!)

Ok ladies....don't be shy , just admit it , you think that is GROSS! Why in this world , in year of 2007, there are still people using CLOTH menstrual pads? Yuck, disgusting, gross, you name it! Well but as I am always the " strange" one...you can call me what ever you want...or think cloth pads are gross, yucky...etc, but I am ONE PROUD LADY to share this info with you! Yes I AM!
Here is why:
1. Of course it is healthier, as you know I am the cloth diapers addict ( need to say more?) and the material in commercial pads are the same, they use gel, dioxin, chemical etc. I think I deserve something HEALTHIER! Don't you think you deserve something healthier?
2.Thinking of how women spend $$ to take care of their appearance and well being ,going to saloon after saloon, buying creams after creams, beauty therapies ,spas and much more, I found using cloth menstrual pads also as one of the health routine we should be aware and do!
3.I found that the blood is much more lesser when I use cloth pad.AMAZING...and not just me! many other cloth pads user have confirmed this. Disposable pads have chemicals in them which 'draw out' the blood from your body. I noticed this difference immediately when I made the switch to cloth! I had very little blood on my cloth pads compared to disposables
4.Less cramping after I changed to cloth!
5. Save money....

Ok if you read until this far ,that means you are still interested to know more!
